The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                                             
at the request of Representative Thompson, Co-chair:                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 58                                                                                                          
     "An Act making an entity that is exempt from federal taxation                                                              
     under 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3) (Internal Revenue Code) and a                                                                    
     federally recognized tribe eligible for a loan from the Alaska                                                             
     energy efficiency revolving loan fund; and relating to loans from                                                          
     the Alaska energy efficiency revolving loan fund."                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
HB 58 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                                                
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
